This band saw machine model offers the same basic specifications and operability as PCSAW-430X/530X except that this CNC-controlled band saw machine model is compatible with cutting the conditions of the AXCELA blade and can maximize the capability and performance of the AXCELA high performance carbide blade.
Tooth tip protection
The material relief function is available as a standard function to prevent the interference of teeth tips with a target cut surface. For the purpose of preventing tooth chipping, this function commands the feed vise to give a rearward relief to a material when the blade is lifted upon completion of the cutting process.
High speed cutting
High speed cutting is assured by a combination of lower cutting resistance achieved by the pulse cutting technology and high rigidity frame constructed with the double column guide.
Cutting feed controlled by servo motor
Cutting feed controlled by a servo motor allows for precise, powerful cutting at a high cutting rate.
High-power blade motor
The powerful blade motor yields a higher cutting rate.
For higher power output, PCSAW-430AX and PCSAW-530AX are driven by 11kW and 15kW high power blade motors respectively.
Back gauge function
Our back gauge function built in this model has gained popularity among users. The feeding vise can be used as a back gauge for facilitating the cutting of remnants to produce shorter products. This model is designed to cut up to 95mm or 35mm with the optional back gauge jig.
The pulse cutting technology reduces cutting resistance thereby minimizing blade teeth wear. The double column guide installed to the high rigidity frame makes a contribution to high speed cutting performance.
Longer blade life
The network-based CNC controller is introduced in combination with the hybrid real time cutting control. Optimum cutting database supports high speed cutting and increases a blade life.
Minimized inclusion of chips
Our new 3D double wire brush design significantly increases chip-blade separation performance in removing chips from the blade, which increases a blade life and minimizes chip inclusion.
Efficient chip ejection
This machine model is equipped with a built-in wide chip conveyor. Improved frame construction and obstruction-free space underneath the chip generation area are advantageous for efficiently ejecting a large volume of chips generated from the high speed cutting process.
Moreover, this new pulse unit enables to reduce noises.
Band saw machine compatible with AXCELA blade
This CNC-controlled band saw machine model is compatible with cutting the conditions of the AXCELA blade and can maximize the capability and performance of the AXCELA high performance carbide blade.

Improvement of work environment
Powerful Prevent Vibration Roller reduces both chattering vibrations and cutting noises.
Operation panel suited for user’s work environment
The separately installed stand-alone main operation panel can fit in your work space and layout. The portable sub operation panel (option) is available to allow a user to remotely control work processes easily at a distance from the main operation panel.
Improvement of workability
Inclination of chip conveyor adopting +15°of angle to reduce the volume of cutting oil adheres cutting chips flowing out.
Adopting laser-type quick approach facilitate aligning the cutting position of the material, and setup positioning of the approach speed selection.
Creating wider gaps between the rollers. This idea improves the workability of loading up and down by mounting wire through between the rollers.
Selective cutting stop height setting
A cutting stop height setting can be selected from two options: “stop height” and “cutting depth.” The “stop height” setting determines an uncut length and the “cutting depth” setting determines a cutting depth.
Versatile blade capable of cutting steel materials ranging from structural steel to stainless steel (with small and medium diameters).
Varying tooth set pattern contributory to lower cutting noise.
Adoption of M42 cobalt high-speed steel
Varying tooth set pattern which lowers resonance and noise during cutting

Circular saw blade suitable for cutting general mild steel materials.
Edge material specifications
Uses cermet tips with excellent wear resistance and deposition resistance.
Target materials
Excellent in chipping resistance and suited for cutting a wide range of materials such as structural carbon steels, structural alloy steels and pipes.
Coated circular saw blade for cutting stainless steel materials, characterized by high wear resistance.
Edge material specifications
Carbide tips with high toughness is coated original.
Target materials
Excellent in deposition resistance and wear resistance suited, and stable life and cutting quality is provided with cutting stainless steels due to the coating effect.
Titanium-coated circular saw blade with excellent wear resistance.
Edge material specifications
Carbide tips with high toughness is coated original.
Target materials
Both chipping resistance and wear resistance, stable life and cutting quality is provided with cutting structural carbon steels, structural alloy steels, pipes and special steel (except for stainless steels and heat-resisting steels).
A cutting height setting can be selected from either 500mm (standard) or 800mm (optional) depending on the application and material size.
Selective blade size
A blade can be selected from either a standard 41 x 1.3mm blade or an optional 54 x 1.3mm blade.
Use of servo motor and linear guide
An AC servo motor and a LM guide are used to move the table for the purpose of accurate cutting control.
Automatic adjustment of guide position
Once a material size is preset, automatic adjustment can be made to determine an optimum guide position. Upon completion of cutting, automatic stop will take place.
Automatically adjustable wire brush
Wire brush contact is automatically adjusted in proportion to wear of wire brush.
A message will be displayed to prompt a user to replace the wire brush, when excessive wear is detected.
Excellent operability
The color display and touch panel facilitate operation.
The embedded CNC-Lite function automatically sets optimum cutting conditions.
Back gauge (optional)
Using an optional back gauge can facilitate the alignment of marks.
