Integrated console

NC programming function

This function allows a user to program a cutting method and the number of pieces as desired. The maximum 99 patterns can be programmed.
The embedded self-diagnosis function will indicate an error code if a trouble is detected.

Proximal light

This light is helpful for proper operation in the area close to the blade.

Automatic end positioning
CNC-controlled band saw’s popular function is available as an optional function to eliminate the need of hassle scale matching work on the shop floor.

Availability of wide blades (optional)

Selecting a wider blade can further increase cutting speed.

    Vise mechanism

    Vise jaws are located on both the front and the rear sides of the blade in a well-balanced manner in order to properly feed and hold materials. This vise mechanism is capable of properly clamping small materials.
