Extra large metal cutting machine
Extra large band saw models H-1300II, H-1600II and H-2116II are capable of cutting φ1300 or 1300 square, φ1600 or 1600 square and φ1600 or 2100 wide x 1600 high respectively.
Cutting performance covering all types of large materials
A bi-metal extra wide blade (SGLB or MAGNUM) is used, which easily cuts large materials and difficult-to-cut materials. Variable blade speed allows a user to select desired blade speed as required for materials ranging from regular steel materials to difficult-to-cut materials.
High rigidity construction
A clamping force of the powerful hydraulic wide vise can cover round, square and irregularly-shaped materials. The maximum loading masses of the models are 24000kg, 40000kg and 40000kg respectively with a large table.
Cutting speed monitoring and cutting depth setting unit
Cutting speed can be quickly observed through the digital counter.
Feed table used to feed materials
Materials are fed by the 180mm stroke table.
