Full-stroke vise cylinder
The vise can be operated just by using a push button. Compared to the conventional rack type, labor and time can be saved significantly.
There is a function that slightly opens the feeding/holding vise by some millimeters when feeding material in order to prevent scratches to materials and dimensional errors.
Twist-up roller
The twist-up roller located in the insert area prevents uneven insert wear and protects the blade.

Automatic sizing cut for forged large materials
Major change made to a conventional automatic feeder allows for automatic sizing cut for forged large materials (materials having an uneven surface).
PF valve
The cutting process can be optimized just by setting up the PF valve to the target “material, shape and size”.
NC programming function
This function allows a user to program a cutting method and the number of pieces as desired. The maximum 99 patterns can be programmed.
The embedded self-diagnosis function will indicate an error code if a trouble is detected.
Full stroke vise
A full stroke type of vise cylinder was introduced to allow for clamping just by pressing a single button regardless of a change in material width.
High productivity
Dyna Guide, a new technology, reduces the undulation on the cutting surface by increasing the rigidity when circular saw blade engages the material. Moreover, Dyna Guide achieves high precision cutting by suppressing vibration and swinging of circular saw blade.

High-speed cutting
The pulse cutting technology reduces cutting resistance thereby minimizing blade teeth wear. The double column guide installed to the high rigidity frame makes a contribution to high speed cutting performance.
Longer blade life
The network-based CNC controller is introduced in combination with the hybrid real time cutting control. Optimum cutting database supports high speed cutting and increases a blade life.
Minimized inclusion of chips
Our new 3D double wire brush design significantly increases chip-blade separation performance in removing chips from the blade, which increases a blade life and minimizes chip inclusion.
Efficient chip ejection
This machine model is equipped with a built-in wide chip conveyor. Improved frame construction and obstruction-free space underneath the chip generation area are advantageous for efficiently ejecting a large volume of chips generated from the high speed cutting process.
Back gauge function
Our back gauge function built in this model has gained popularity among users. The feeding vise can be used as a back gauge for facilitating the cutting of remnants to produce shorter products. This model is designed to cut up to 95mm or 35mm with the optional back gauge jig.
