PF valve
The cutting process can be optimized just by setting up the PF valve to the target “material, shape and size”.
Cutting depth setting unit
The blade descends horizontally. Tooling and dovetail grooving can be easily handled by adjusting a cutting end height.
Lever type insert clamp
A foolproof lever type insert clamp is installed to the guide bracket.
Motor-driven Coolant pump
A motor-driven centrifugal pump was introduced in this model, rather than a conventional gear pump. Cutting fluid can be used and cleaned regardless of whether the main motor is ON or OFF.
Vise mechanism
Vise jaws are located on both the front and the rear sides of the blade in a well-balanced manner in order to properly feed and hold materials. This vise mechanism is capable of properly clamping small materials.
